KruArty (kruarty.com) is an online Thai language learning platform operated by Arty Paeyai. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at sawasdee@kruarty.com.
2. What We Collect
- Account information: your first name, last name, and email address when you sign up.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only a Stripe session ID confirming a successful payment.
- Learning progress: which sentence you are on, sentences completed, and the last time you accessed the course.
- Profile picture: if you choose to upload one.
- Communications: emails you send to our support address.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account.
- To give you access to the courses you have purchased.
- To save your learning progress so you can resume where you left off.
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, account credentials, password reset).
- To occasionally send course updates or new content announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time).
4. Third-Party Services
We share data only with the services required to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — website hosting and deployment.
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — encrypted database hosting.
- YouTube (Google) — lesson videos embedded in the course.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time from Settings → Delete Account or by emailing sawasdee@kruarty.com. Deletion removes all personal data except transactional records required for accounting purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at sawasdee@kruarty.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
