7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email sawasdee@kruarty.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address used for purchase and the approximate purchase date.
- We will confirm your refund within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, your course access will be revoked.
After 7 Days
We are unable to offer refunds more than 7 days after the purchase date. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us at sawasdee@kruarty.com and we will do our best to help.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing access, attempting to redistribute content).
