1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing any course on kruarty.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Course Access

  • Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime licence to access that course.
  • Access is for one user only. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to others.
  • We reserve the right to update, improve, or add content to a course without notice.
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. platform closure), we will provide reasonable notice and a refund where possible.

3. Prohibited Use

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing course content is strictly prohibited.
  • Recording, downloading, or reproducing video lessons outside the platform is not permitted.
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including text, audio, video, and graphics — is the intellectual property of KruArty and is protected by copyright law. Purchasing a course does not transfer any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer

KruArty courses are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific language learning outcomes, as results depend on individual effort and practice. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in Thai courts.
